What if I don't have a design idea?
No problem. Send us your team logo, colours, and any inspiration you have — photos of jerseys you like, a rough sketch, or just a description works. Our designers will create options for you, free of charge.
Do you create logos?
We don't create logos from scratch, but we can work with almost any logo you have. Minor cleanup or adjustments are usually fine. If you need a logo designed first, we'd recommend working with a graphic designer, then coming to us for the jerseys.
What format does my logo need to be in?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) print sharpest. PNG or JPG is fine too — send us what you have and we'll let you know if we need a higher resolution version.
Is there a minimum order?
For brand new custom designs, the minimum is 5 pieces. Once your design is on file with us, there's no minimum on reorders — so you can grab a single jersey for a late signup or a replacement.
How many revisions do I get?
We work with you until the design is right. There's no extra charge for revisions, and most teams land on the final design within a few rounds.
What information do I need to provide for my order?
Once the design is approved, you'll send us a roster with each player's name, number, and size. We provide an easy Excel template, but we can work with whatever format you have.
Can I see the final print before production?
Yes. Before anything is printed, you receive print proofs showing every jersey in your order — every name, number, and detail. You approve before we start.
What if a player joins after I place my order?
Your design is saved on file. Reorder any quantity at any time, even a single jersey, and it will match the rest exactly.
What if there's an issue with my order?
We stand behind our work. If there's a production error, we make it right. Our multiple approval checkpoints are designed to catch issues before they happen.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes. We ship across Canada and the US. Shipping is $20 flat for up to 10 items, plus $2 per additional item.
Can you do hoodies, pants, and other matching gear?
Yes. We carry your jersey design across hoodies, pants, shorts, hats, bags, and warm-ups so your team has a consistent look on and off the ice or field.
Do you offer rush production?
Our standard 2–3 week turnaround is already faster than most. If you have a tight deadline, reach out and we'll let you know what's possible.
When do I pay?
After you've approved the final print proofs. Payment is due before production starts. We accept e-transfer, credit card, and cheque.
